Step 3: Coaching

Coaching is the key to results. The more time you spend with a coach the more effective your program becomes.

-Your movement is continually evaluated, refined, and improved
-We teach you how to know you are doing the exercises and stretches properly
-This lowers your risk of injury and increases your program’s effectiveness
-Exercises are modified up or down in difficulty on the spot to ensure the optimal result
-We constantly monitor your progress
-We keep you motivated and on track
-We determine when you have adapted to your program and need a new one
-We suggest at least one coaching session per week to receive these benefits!
